Filipino, elected as Director last July 21, 2016, is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of listed firm, Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc., and President of private company, Click Communications, Inc. She also served as Administrator of the Province of Marinduque from January 2010 to January 2012. She was a member of the House of Representatives, representing the lone district of Marinduque, from 2013 to June 2016. In Congress, she was Vice Chairman of the Committee on National Defense and Security and was a member of several key committees, including Appropriations, Justice, Public Order and Safety, and Natural Resources. Ms. Reyes earned her Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University, USA and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School. Ms. Reyes is a member of both the Philippine Bar and the State Bar of California.

Graduated with a double bachelor degree in banking finance and economics in 1989. Pursued MBA in corporate finance and graduated in 1995 from University of Hull, UK. Worked with Citibank NYC as assistant to VP of loan department from 1989 – 1993.

The whole portfolio is more than $35 million.He set up his own company in 2003 selling floor covering to both US and Europe. In a span of 12 years, he is now handling a portfolio worth over $15 million. He is still the CEO of this company up to present

He specializes in the Corporate Growth Strategies. In addition was a managing partner of Asia private equity, a global private equity fund group that manages a portfolio of more than US$ 800 million.
Graduated with double Master’s degrees from NTU and NUS, he has been immersed in the strategic business management environments for 15 years. He has been assuming senior positions in MNCs including Canon Group (listed in Japan and dual listed in H.K), Rolls-Royce Singapore, Aero Innovations (U.S), just to name a few. His strategic roles in these companies include, in addition to ensuring the achievements of the organic growths, also the Capital Growth models such as the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Initial Public Offerings (IPO) etc.

He has been successfully helped several companies listed in Taiwan with total market Cap over 1.5 billion USD.(Canon Digital Camera. Unique Optical, Calin Optical etc.)
